Job summary

Legends Global in California is seeking staff to support event-day duties, including clock-in/out, directing personnel, and uniform handling. The role requires standing, walking, lifting, and staying calm under pressure, with flexible shifts across mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

This position offers hourly pay and is an on-site role at venues in Chula Vista. Candidates must be able to work long hours and adapt to changing event needs, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work long periods with standing, walking, and lifting.
• Able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking in and clocking out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates are following safety protocols.
• Support any other tasks as assigned.
