Job summary

asmglobal is seeking a team member to assist with event day duties under the General Manager. The role supports on-site operations, staff coordination, and check-in processes to ensure a smooth event experience.

Responsibilities include directing employees and temporary workers, laundering and distributing uniforms, setting up check-in areas and meals, and enforcing safety protocols while handling additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
• Remain calm under stressful situations.
• Work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to listen and take direction from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking and clocking out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates are following safety protocols.
• Support any other tasks as assigned.
