Job summary

asmglobal in California seeks a hands-on event support role reporting to the General Manager. This position primarily assists with event day duties and ensures smooth check-in operations.

You will supervise staff, manage uniforms, coordinate meals, and uphold safety protocols throughout events. Flexibility, stamina, and the ability to work long hours on mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Must stand and walk for long periods, with lifting as needed.
• Able to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to listen well and take direction from supervisor.
• Must follow safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with clocking in and out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and vendors to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates follow safety protocols.
• Support additional tasks as assigned.
