Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to assist with event day duties, including employee management and uniform distribution. Candidates must be able to perform essential duties at a high level, remain calm under pressure, and work flexible hours.

This role involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations during events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty at the highest levels.
• Must be able to work long periods of time with constant standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking in and out.
• Help direct employees, temporary workers, and NPO’s to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check‑in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates are following safety protocols.
• Support any other tasks as assigned.
