Legends in California is seeking an assistant for event day duties reporting to the General Manager. The role focuses on operations such as directing staff, clocking procedures, and ensuring uniforms are managed.

Candidates should be able to stand long hours, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and calmly handle stressful situations while following safety protocols. This position is on-site in Chula Vista, CA and pays $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work long periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to listen and take direction from supervisor.
• Ability to direct employees and temporary workers to assigned locations.
• Must adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking and clocking out.
• Help direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates are following safety protocols.
• Support any other tasks as assigned.
