Job summary

Fooda is hiring a part-time Event Coordinator for the Las Cruces, NM market. The role focuses on onsite event support, setup/teardown, and delivering high-quality customer experiences across multiple local restaurants.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or events experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with Fooda technology. Hours include breakfast and evening shifts, Monday–Friday, totaling 20–25 hours per week, with paid time off and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events in various capacities, including onsite setup, teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving and ensuring high quality setup and customer experience.
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures.
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve.

Fooda is currently recruiting for a part time Event Coordinator in our Las Cruces, New Mexico market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience

• On-site Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM (Breakfast Shift) & Monday through Friday 3PM- 8PM (Evening Shift)
