The platform enables users to capture sites in 3D with a 360 camera and leverage cloud-based tools for remote navigation, 4D documentation, analysis, and collaboration.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our events and manage office operations. This dual role involves planning conferences and trade shows, supporting logistics, managing equipment inventory, and handling general office tasks.

Job Summary:

The Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and positive attendee experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting office management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating events, support logistics, manage registrations, organize shipping, and provide on-site support.
  • Supply Chain Management and Order Fulfillment: Assemble hardware kits, monitor inventory, place orders, and fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain equipment inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, track equipment, and manage repairs or replacements.
  • Office Management: Support general office tasks, organize supplies, and assist team members.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in event planning, logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in event management and office management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with shipping and logistics is a plus.
