The successful candidate will manage budgets, logistics, vendor relations, registration, and on-site execution while coordinating with faculty, students, alumni, and external partners in a fast-paced higher-education

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED certificate, or Vocational School Diploma.
Four to five years of job-related experience.
Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or two years college course work preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive portfolio of departmental events, including lectures, retreats, alumni events, advisory board meetings, recruitment programs, award ceremonies, appreciation events, and social gatherings.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and event timelines to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent events and programs.
Coordinate event registration processes, RSVP tracking, attendee communications, and survey administration utilizing systems such as Qualtrics and other event management tools.
Serve as the primary liaison with faculty, staff, students, alumni, advisory boards, corporate sponsors, vendors, speakers, and external partners to facilitate event planning and execution.
