Fooda is recruiting an Event Coordinator in our Ohio market to support onsite events, set-up, tear-down, and ensure a positive guest experience with a hands-on hospitality mindset.

You will become proficient with Fooda’s technology, coordinate with restaurant partners, and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain high service standards. The role is part-time (5–25 hours/week) with flexible daytime shifts.

Formación

• Hospitality or events background preferred.

• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues with consumers.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.

Fooda is currentlyrecruiting for a full timeEvent Coordinator in our Ohio market.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• This location operates fivedays a week with two primary shift windows:
  • Breakfast Shift: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Candidates with flexibility to work across multiple days and shift times are strongly preferred.

• You are organized and detail oriented. Type-A personality is a plus!
• You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
• You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 5 - 25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
