Job summary

Fauxcades is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to join our Dallas, Texas team. You will partner with our Sales Team to coordinate vendor quotes, proposals, contracts, and event details, while juggling multiple events and deadlines with precision.

As the primary client contact, you will finalize logistics, collaborate with internal production teams, and ensure on-site success. Excellent communication and organization are essential for delivering memorable, design-forward experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of event industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Professional, client facing communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and solution oriented under pressure.
  • Availability for night and weekend work as required by the event schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Sales Team to coordinate vendor quotes, proposals, contracts, and event details.
  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously while keeping timelines, details, and communication organized.
  • Lead as the primary client contact to finalize logistics and event details once an event is confirmed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal production teams to ensure all elements are accurate and on schedule.
  • Manage event logistics leading up to installation and execution.
  • Be onsite to oversee implementation and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively communicate updates, changes, deadlines, and needs to clients and team members.
  • Problem-solve quickly and professionally in a fast-paced event environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Partner with our Sales Team to coordinate vendor quotes, proposals, contracts, and event details
  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously while keeping timelines, details, and communication organized
  • Once an event is confirmed, take the lead as the primary client contact to finalize logistics and event details
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal production teams to ensure all elements are accurate and on schedule
  • Manage event logistics leading up to installation and execution
