We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Event Manager with 10–15 years of experience to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conferences, trade shows, customer engagements, and internal programs. This is a hands‑on role responsible for managing end‑to‑end event logistics while partnering closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
The ideal candidate has strong operational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, extensive trade show experience, and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial planning and logistics through on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
- Develop and maintain event timelines, project plans, run‑of‑show documents, and budget trackers.
- Ensure brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures are followed throughout the event planning process.
- Manage trade show logistics, including booth coordination, exhibitor services, shipping, asset tracking, and pre‑and post‑show operations.
- Partner with event vendors, venues, production companies, promotional suppliers, printers, transportation providers, and trade show contractors.
- Source and evaluate vendors, obtain competitive quotes, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Support contract review, negotiations, and invoice reconciliation.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Participate in planning meetings and provide clear updates, action items, and follow‑through.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand event goals, requirements, and priorities.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, logistics, and deliverables.
- Follow established procurement, finance, compliance, and operational processes.
Event Logistics & On‑Site Operations
- Prepare event materials including signage, floor plans, attendee guides, presentations, and printed collateral.
- Manage on‑site setup, event execution, attendee experience, exhibitor needs, and real‑time problem solving.
- Coordinate event assets, inventory, warehousing, shipping, and trade show booth logistics.
- Serve as a hands‑on point of contact during events and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Post‑Event Management
- Lead post‑event wrap‑up, including vendor reconciliation, reporting, cost analysis, and lessons learned.
- Maintain event documentation, templates, and planning tools to support consistency and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve event processes and execution for future programs.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in event planning, event management, or trade show execution, ideally within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of event logistics, venue operations, and complex trade show coordination.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within corporate policies, procurement processes, and budget guidelines.
- Willingness to travel and work on‑site at events, including occasional evenings and weekends, approximately 30% of the time.

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field preferred.
