Job description

Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Type: Contract

Pay Range

This range is provided by Professional Search Network. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate onsite and virtual meetings.
  2. Provide daily phone and email support, including communication with sales representatives and faculty.
  3. Run reports to manage workload effectively.
  4. Partner with other suppliers for onsite meetings to meet needs.
  5. Set up virtual credit cards for dinners.
  6. Communicate with clients and faculty.
  7. Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
  8. Ensure meeting materials are complete, accurate, and delivered timely to meet SLAs.
  9. Collaborate with team members for successful meetings.
  10. Assist sales team with troubleshooting and inquiries.
  11. Manage after-hours support line.
  12. Follow up post-program for data collection and closure.
  13. Adhere to policies on confidentiality, sensitive communication, and intellectual property.
Qualifications:

  3. Ability to handle high call and program volume.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills; attentive listening.

Preferred Education and Experience:
