Job summary

Consumer Technology Association (CTA) in Arlington, VA, seeks a Specialist, Event Content to join the Conferences team. You will coordinate logistics, support event participants, and ensure a seamless experience from planning through execution at CES and CTA events.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of event/customer content experience, with excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail. Hybrid work and benefits are offered.

• Minimum of two years of experience with events, customer service, or content development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for CES and CTA events from planning through execution.
• Serve as the first point of contact for speakers and moderators.
• Support CES Call for Speakers process and manage content timelines.
