Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in communications or public relations with executive support.
• Experience with high operational rigor in environments such as Capitol Hill, trade associations, or public affairs.
• Strong writing across multiple voices and styles is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive thought leadership programs and strategies.
• Manage internal and external resources, including junior staff and contractors.
• Secure and support speaking opportunities aligned with CTA and CES priorities.
• Develop content for thought leadership at CES including keynotes, speeches, and editorial content.
• Produce and manage executive communications including addresses, newsletters and emails to CTA staff and stakeholders.
• Identify and secure recognition opportunities for CTA executives and ensure preparation for public events.
