Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule and conduct showroom appointments to review event needs.
• Recommend products for weddings, corporate events, and parties.
• Prepare and update rental quotes and orders in Bright’s reservation system.
• Explain pricing, availability, payment requirements, and product options.
• Track client orders, payments, signatures, and deadlines.
• Communicate order changes with Sales, Operations, and Event Directors.
• Resolve availability issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support last-minute updates and changing event needs.
• Follow established sales and order procedures.
