You will partner with the team lead to provide consistent planning across all events by consulting with internal teams to execute small to medium meetings and events. Responsibilities include aligning with stakeholder visions within budget, sourcing vendors, managing registration websites, leading stakeholder meetings, maintaining project plans, managing food and beverage, developing event specifications, communicating with stakeholders, executing events on-site, and post-event reconciliation. This role is part of the Event and Conference Management Team.
