Job summary

Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel is seeking an Events Concierge to partner with Food & Beverage and Marketing to orchestrate group events and banquets at our Oak Grove, Kentucky property. You’ll set up spaces, execute banquet orders, and ensure a memorable guest experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Prior AV setup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, sports, or similar environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Creates a fun-filled, entertaining environment with flawless service delivery.
• Prepares room setups and banquet spaces following the event order.
• Coordinates with F&B and Marketing to confirm event details and day-of needs.
• Maintains courteous, professional communications with customers (internal and external).
• Ensures safety and security of employees and guests.
