Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center is seeking an Events Concierge to connect the Events Manager with on-site event contacts and to address special needs throughout events. This visible role requires knowledge of facilities, group dynamics and precise coordination with catering staff.

Strong communication and organization are essential; catering or event experience is preferred. Open schedule includes mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Organization- Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center

Summary

The Events Concierge at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is the liaison between the Events Manager and the on-site events/meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and organization skills. Previous catering or event experience strongly preferred. Open schedule availability is required, mornings/days/nights, weekends and holidays. This position requires a considerable amount of walking and standing, we have over 60,000 sq ft of meeting space here at the Hyatt Regency Denver.

The rate for this position is $23.25 / hour.
