Job summary

Legends Global is looking for a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. You will help ensure smooth event operations, coach staff, and uphold guest service standards across venues.

The role emphasizes inventory control, safety, and quality across food and beverage services, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and flexible hours for events, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team setting.
• Must meet health and safety requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver items as needed.
• Ability to work all venue events, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff and interact with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible alcohol service and safety policies.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure compliance with standards and inventory.
• Conduct inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
