Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium in Memphis. This part-time role leads concession operations during events, ensuring fast service, safety, and guest satisfaction.

It provides on-site leadership for stands, kiosks, and mobile concepts, while coordinating staffing, inventory, and service flow. Candidates should have 2–4 years in concessions or food service, supervisory experience preferred, and must hold valid alcohol-service certifications where

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of concessions, food service, or event operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales and hold valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM).
• Food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk‑out or autonomous retail stores as applicable.
• Assign staff to concession locations and adjust coverage based on volume and operational needs.
• Conduct pre‑event or pre‑shift briefings to review expectations, menus, service standards, and assignments.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
