Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Supervisor at Lucas Oil Stadium to oversee event-based concessions operations, provide on-site leadership for stands, kiosks, and mobile locations, and ensure fast, compliant service with a focus on guest satisfaction during events.

The role requires 2–4 years in concessions or food service, supervisory experience, and valid alcohol-service and food-handler certifications where required. Flexible shifts and a strong team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in concessions, food service, or event-based operations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk-out or autonomous retail stores as applicable.
• Assign staff to concession locations and adjust coverage based on volume and operational needs.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings to review expectations, menus, service standards, and assignments.
• Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
