Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Concessions Supervisor at the KFC YUM! CENTER venue. The role provides on-site leadership for concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail concepts during events, ensuring fast service, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will help staff, manage service flow, control inventory, and resolve issues while coordinating with unit leadership to maintain high standards across all concession locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in concessions, food service, or event-based operations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales per local/state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent, and comply with state regulations.
• A food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk-out or autonomous retail stores as applicable.
• Assign staff to concession locations and adjust coverage based on volume and operational needs.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings to review expectations, menus, service standards, and assignments.
• Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
