SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Associate to deliver welcoming guest experiences and support daily restaurant operations. You will assist with prep, maintain service standards, and uphold safety and sanitation practices across locations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication skills required.

• Able to stay flexible in a fast-paced setting.

• Physically able to stand and lift boxes (10–35 lbs) as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences and maintain quality service.
• Assist with restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operations.
• Meet daily service, safety, quality, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Document safety logs and monitor food temperatures, rotation, and waste.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to sanitation rules.
