Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to manage cleaning operations and administrative duties for the Event Shift. The role focuses on productivity, safety, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, training, inspections, and shift reporting. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varied environments; English literacy; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Must follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts.
• Control labor hours and labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Communicates acceptable productivity, safety, and quality standards and enforces them.
• Ensures all supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Provides employee training and communicates company/client policies and procedures.
• Conduct walk-thru inspections of the facility throughout the length of the shift.
• Conduct in-service meetings with Team Leaders and employees.
• Responds to client requests and reports issues promptly.
• Maintains human resources concerns during shifts and handles training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains shift records including checklists, time cards, and safety reports.
• Reports maintenance and safety concerns immediately.
• Ensures property details are completed and job completion checklists signed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
• Display a service-oriented mindset and maintain courtesy with all stakeholders.
• Read/write English effectively; bilingual Spanish skills preferred for reading.
