Qualifications

• Experience in live event kitchens or large‑scale catering environments preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, seasoning, and assembling sauces.
• Execute day‑of-event culinary tasks including grilling, sautéing, frying, searing, plating, and finishing dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with sanitation standards.
• Set up, stock, and break down event kitchens and stations.
• Communicate clearly with the Lead Event Chef and team to ensure seamless execution.
