Job summary

Legends Global in Anchorage is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead conversion workflows, supervise staff, and ensure clean, safe facilities. The role requires coordinating with management and handling irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will oversee function room setups, equipment operations, and maintenance tasks while upholding company policies and OSHA standards. A strong organizational mindset and reliable leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA knowledge a plus.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing; able to follow instructions.
• Combination of education and training or experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise function rooms setup and staff according to sales orders.
• Assign duties for conversion staff and supervise operations.
• Maintain department contact list and ensure timely communications.
• Oversee equipment use, vehicle cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate training with Operations Manager on OSHA guidelines.
• Ensure center storage areas are secure and facilities remain clean.
• Assist in managing preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Participate in regular operational meetings.
