Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Janitor to maintain cleanliness of the Anchorage Convention Centers meeting rooms and public areas. The role requires ability to work with minimal supervision and to handle day or night shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, removing trash, and ensuring a neat appearance. Prior janitorial experience and strong customer service are preferred. On-site location with union compensation expectations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year janitorial/custodial experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize meeting rooms and public areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors; clean toilets and urinals; clean mirrors.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and remove trash or used water cups; straighten chairs.
• Check and refresh restrooms hourly, sweeping, mopping, wiping counters and cleaning.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the building and ensure proper uniform is worn.
