Job summary

Aramark in Macon, GA is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations, set up and break down catering for events, and provide excellent guest service. You will transport equipment, stock and replenish foods and beverages, and maintain clean service areas throughout events.

The role requires flexibility for event-based hours and adherence to dress code and safety procedures; prior customer service and catering experience are preferred, with required Food Handling and Alcohol

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Catering/event support experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must follow dress code.
• Available for event-based hours.
• Must complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet orders.
• Transport and deliver catering food and supplies.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other equipment.
• Replenish food and beverage during events.
• Maintain cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and return equipment to storage after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
