Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations, setup, transport, service, and breakdown of catering events at our client locations in Hickory, NC. You will help ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and dress code.

The role requires flexibility to work event-based hours, prior customer service or catering experience is preferred, and you will be trained in Food Handling and Alcohol Service as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Break down and clean area after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
