Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations at our Charlotte area location. You will help run catering orders and events, assist with set up, transport equipment, serve guests, and handle breakdowns after each event.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable hours for event-based work, ability to follow dress code and safety guidelines, and willingness to obtain required Food Handling and Alcohol Service training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Catering experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Must complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service per client requests and banquet orders.
• Transport and deliver food, beverages, and supplies.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and equipment as required.
• Replenish food and beverage during events.
• Keep food service areas clean and presentable.
• Pick up and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
