Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations, ensuring catering orders and events run smoothly. You will help with event setup, transport equipment and supplies, serve guests during events, and assist with breakdown and cleanup after service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety policies. Previous catering or customer service experience is preferred; must be able to work event-based hours and complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverages with all supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish food and beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after the conclusion of events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
