Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations at a Michigan location. You will assist with event setup, transport equipment and supplies, serve guests, and breakdown/clean after events. The role emphasizes safety, appearance, and customer service during high-traffic events.

Experience in catering or customer service is preferred. You must be able to work event-based hours and follow the dress code while potentially undergoing Food Handling and Alcohol Service training

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and return equipment after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
