Job summary

Compass Group USA in Fayetteville, AR is looking for a Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the catering captain. You will ensure accurate execution of events, possibly drive a catering delivery truck, set up and serve at functions, and leave the area neat and clean after each event.

The role requires previous catering/event services experience if possible, a valid driver's license may be required, and food handler's permits where state law applies.

Qualifications

• Previous catering & event services experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required; must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Buffet setup with food, beverages and service items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after events and returns equipment.
