Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is seeking a Caterer to support the Food and Beverage team by setting up, serving, and deconstructing events such as banquets and weddings. You will work with management and service staff to create a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include transporting and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, upholding food safety, and engaging guests professionally. Some events may require weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport and serve food to catered events.
• Ensure cleanliness and organized presentation of food and amenities.
• Follow all sanitation and cleanliness requirements of food handling.
• Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner and provide a positive experience.
• Work with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure pre-planning and execution are seamless from a guest perspective.
• Bus tables and assist with teardown.
• Participate in workplace safety training sessions.
• Promote sales of events and services by providing accurate information.
• Interact with guests, co-workers, and management in line with TRMF values.
• Perform other related duties as required.
