Medora is seeking a Caterer to join the Food and Beverage team for catering events, including banquets, weddings, and other functions. You will set up, serve, and deconstruct events while ensuring a seamless guest experience through collaboration with management and service staff.
You will transport and serve food, maintain sanitation and presentation, and interact with guests to deliver outstanding service.
The Caterer works with the Food and Beverage team to ensure outstanding set-up and execution of catered events. The primary responsibility of this position is setting up, serving food, and deconstructing events such as banquets, weddings, and other social or business functions. The Caterer may work with members of various Food and Beverage entities including management and service staff, to create an experience for the guest which is seamless and exceeds their expectations.
This position is both an indoor and outdoor position. Indoor settings will be in a controlled, temperate environment while outside conditions may be in a hotter climate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to talk, hear, hand/eye coordination, stand, walk, have repetitive use of hands and arms, and grasp. Visual acuity to determine accuracy, details and transcribe data, determine neatness and thoroughness of work assigned, and determine safety of workplace surroundings for themselves and guests. Occasionally required to push, pull, stoop, bend, lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Must be able to work long hours and available for evenings, weekends and holidays if required.
