TAO Group Hospitality is seeking part-time team members to join our high-volume dining and nightlife venues in New York. You will actively take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of server and beverage experience, with knowledge of classic cocktails and wines. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years server experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience required.
• Previous banquet or event experience in a high-volume, fine dining or upscale hospitality environment is required Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails required.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions around the world required.

Responsabilités

• Actively takes orders, conducts full and complete food/beverage service, and monitors guests' dining experience.
• Interacts with the dining room guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue.
• Will direct event staff and oversee event operations.
• Provides professional and exceptional service.
• Presents menus, answers question and make suggestions for all food and beverage items.
• Informs guests of all food and beverage specials, with prices.
• Required to solicit any allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest.
• Accurately enter all orders into the POS system.
• Ensures the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player.
