Job summary

Oak View Group in Pueblo, CO seeks a personable Bartender to service alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across events. You’ll follow bar pre-shift notes, maintain a clean workstation, and provide friendly guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time, tip-eligible role with benefits including a 401(k) plan and matching; schedule includes nights and weekends. The position requires six months of bartending experience, basic cash handling skills, and the ability to upsell.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in guest service, coworker interaction, and uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus; provide service as described.
• Set up the bars, including inventory and equipment.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable laws and procedures.
• Upsell products to guests and maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
