Qualifications

• Acquire/maintain BASSET license and food service certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Project a positive image while serving patrons professionally.
• Greet guests and answer questions politely.
• Serve alcoholic beverages per company standards.
• Assist with handling bar equipment and garnishes.
• Prepare event room setup and place settings as instructed.
• Attend pre-function meetings to review event details.
• Deliver orders with appropriate urgency and coordinate with food & beverage staff.
• Maintain sanitation and organization at all times.
