Job summary

Legends Global is seeking event staff for the Peoria Civic Center. You will greet guests, maintain a polished appearance, and help set up and tear down food and beverage service.

This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior public-facing experience; bartending/licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• English language fluency and professional verbal communication are required.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy in a fast-paced service environment.
• Public-facing customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas for events.
• Maintain inventory and presentation of food and beverage offerings.
• Provide high level of service and resolve guest concerns per standards.
• Communicate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
