Job summary

The Bartender position at Legends Global is based at the Peoria Civic Center, serving arena, theater and convention patrons. It offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, plus tips, with flexible part-time scheduling and non-exempt status.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, mixing and serving drinks, preparing garnishes, assisting with event setup, and coordinating with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain BASSET and food service certifications as required.
• English language competency, verbal and written.
• Flexible part-time schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent service.
• Serve alcoholic beverages per company standards.
• Prepare garnishes and specialty drinks.
• Assist with event setup and break down after events.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and proper food handling.
• Communicate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
