Oak View Group in Louisville is seeking a personable Bartender to support premium live entertainment venues by serving beverages, maintaining a fast-paced yet welcoming bar, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service rules. This role requires a professional demeanor and reliable attendance for events as scheduled.

This part-time position pays an hourly rate of $16.00 and is tip eligible, with Benefits for Part-Time Roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) Matching.

Qualifications

Six months or more experience bartending.
Accurate cash handling skills are required.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service and interactions.
Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
Upsell products to guests and handle restocking as needed.
Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest IDs according to regulations.
Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is well maintained.
Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization.
