Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Bartender to provide service for beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a fast-paced environment. The role requires personable and professional conduct, with availability for events.

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in guest service and maintain appearance standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus; provide described service.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following state/federal regulations.
• Learn varieties of beer, wine, spirits and upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly; verify guest age per regulations.
• Communicate cut-offs and respond to guest requests or concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guests and involve management as needed.
• Request restocking and manage the bar bank; keep workstation clean.
