Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Cash handling and POS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, specialty beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes and standards.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in service areas.
• Make menu and beverage recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Verify guest age and comply with responsible alcohol service laws.
• Enter orders and process transactions using POS system.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, culinary staff, and management for seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards.
• Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties.
