Job summary

Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality is recruiting part-time bartenders to serve at luxury weddings and events for over 700 affairs each year across 16 venues in the tri-state area.

You'll need prior bartending experience or training, knowledge of cocktail recipes, and a current RAMP certification, with the ability to handle 100+ guests. Shifts are typically 8–12 hours, paying $150–$250 per event, with occasional cash tips. This role is in-person with a flexible schedule.

You should be knowledgeable of common cocktail recipes, have a current RAMP certification, and be able to serve a large volume of guests (100+).You should be able to drive yourself to our venues in the Greater Philadelphia area including Delco county.Physical requirements include being able to lift 20 lbs and be on your feet for the duration of an average 9-hour shift (there will be breaks and time for staff to eat).Responsibilities & DutiesSetting up your own bar stations and recording alcohol inventory.Serving guests alcohol and mixed drinks during cocktail hour and reception.Providing wine service, hospitality, and attending to guests' needs as they arise.Clean and breakdown of your stations after the event.Schedule ExpectationsThe wedding season runs from April to November.There are events every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.A typical wedding shift runs from early afternoon to midnight and lasts between 8 to 12 hours.The typical shift is $150 - $250.
