Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Barback in Hartford, CT to support beverage service at conventions, banquets, concerts, and other events. The Barback stocks stations, replenishes items, and assists bartenders while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices preferred.
• Hospitality or bar experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stock beverage stations before events with beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and supplies.
• Replenish inventory during service to keep bartenders stocked.
• Assist bartenders with pouring drafts and wine during events to improve efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bars and storage areas.
