Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Barback to support bartenders at concerts and events. You will restock supplies, assist with garnishes, and keep bars clean in a high-volume live environment. The role pays $5.25 per hour and is tip eligible, with part-time benefits including a 401(k) plan and matching. Open until November 6, 2026.

Responsibilities include restocking, opening/closing bar areas, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards while delivering friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Alcohol certification (TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state-approved) required before events.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
• Previous bar/venue hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, cups, and bar supplies during events.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes and replenishing inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary bar areas throughout events.
• Collect and remove empty bottles, glassware, trash, and recycling from bars.
• Open, close, and breakdown bar areas; transport inventory as needed.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety standards; work with team for efficient service.
• Provide excellent guest service when needed.
