Oak View Group is seeking a Barback to support bartenders during concerts and events. The role ensures the bar is stocked, clean, and organized to deliver fast, high-volume service in a live entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar/venue hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must obtain a valid alcohol compliance certification before working events.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and bar supplies during events.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes and replenishing inventory.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout events.
• Collect bottles, glassware, trash, and recycling from bar stations.
• Open, close, and breakdown bar areas as needed.
• Transport inventory from storage to bar locations.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Work with bartenders and supervisors to ensure efficient service.
• Provide excellent guest service when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
