Rye Street Tavern, part of Clyde's Restaurant Group, is hiring Event Staff to support banquet operations in Baltimore. You will set up and break down banquet spaces, relay orders, and ensure guest satisfaction across weddings and corporate events.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet spaces
• Relay food and beverage orders
• Have full knowledge of all food and drink menus
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitary practices
• Problem solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests
• Establish a friendly professional rapport with the guest
• Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course
• Maintain a clean working environment
