Clyde's Restaurant Group is hiring Event/Banquet Staff for Baltimore venues, including Rye Street Tavern. You will assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring guests receive outstanding service and support across weddings and corporate functions.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, on-call) with opportunities for training and growth within a respected hospitality group in the DMV area.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet spaces.
• Relay food and beverage orders.
• Have full knowledge of all food and drink menus.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitary practices.
• Problem solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person.
• Establish a friendly professional rapport with the guest.
• Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course.

Rye Street Tavern is hiring Banquet and Event Staff to set up, serve and break down events. Set on the Baltimore Peninsula, Rye Street Tavern is a premier waterfront venue with eight event spaces that host up to 400 guests.
