Job summary

Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center Pierre is seeking a Banquet Set Up to greet guests and prepare banquet rooms with chairs, tables, and AV equipment for guest events. You will help maintain a clean, profitable, and professional banquet facility by delivering quality service and hospitality.

Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down spaces per BEOs, assisting with serving and stocking buffet lines, and collaborating with Captains and servers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must read basic English to read BEOs and communicate with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during events.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure smooth banquet operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down function room spaces per BEO and standards.
• Assist Captains and servers with serving and stocking buffet lines when needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth banquet operations.
• Keep rooms, hallways, storage, and kitchen areas neat and organized.
• Maintain professional attitude toward guests and coworkers.
